Typical

Breathwork Session:

Group sessions begin with a discussion focusing on specific intentions - what is the purpose, and what does the group want to accomplish through this clinical modality? Once that is determined you will be educated regarding the proven scientific benefits, taught the practice, and then guided into the breathwork.

During the breathing portion, you simply lay on your back in a comfortable position with nothing under your head. As you listen to a customized playlist, you will breath in a rhythmic fashion to help motivate, relax and release anything that is “stuck”.

Post breathwork session we will focus on discussing how the experience can bring renewed energy, clarity, education, and create stronger bonds into your work environment by having shared the active meditation of breathwork. In addition, we will invite participants to share their personal thoughts on how they may benefit from this in their daily work lives.

She uses effective, natural tools to encourage a stable mental and emotional status for business leaders and their employees.     1. We will start out by having a phone consultation. On this call we will discuss what your employees’ needs are and what you’re seeking to improve the most upon within the workplace.

    2. We will also go over pricing. Pricing varies depending on if it’s via Zoom or in-Person. Options range from group sessions to multiple-day retreats in the United States or internationally.

  2. Collaboration

    1. Upon completion of the discovery call, I will create a custom program for ongoing work with your team. Through consistency with the practice, we will build a foundation of tools and understanding to enhance focus, performance, relationship to self and others, and a boost in overall health within the workplace.
