You can understand yourself deeply
and still find yourself repeating the very patterns you’ve worked so hard to change.

Trauma-informed and somatic therapy that helps you get to the root of the patterns that keep repeating, so change is not just something you understand, but something you can actually live.

You’ve likely already done deep inner work.

Maybe you’ve been in therapy, explored somatic work, read the books, practiced the tools, and spent years trying to understand yourself more deeply. And still, the same struggles show up where it counts: in your relationships, your decisions, your boundaries, and your ability to stay with yourself when intense emotions arise.

You may know exactly what is happening and still find yourself overthinking, shutting down, over-explaining, losing trust in yourself, or disconnecting from your body in the moment.

That is often the sign that the issue is not a lack of insight. It is that the deeper pattern underneath the reaction has not fully shifted yet. This is where the work becomes less about understanding the pattern and more about shifting what is happening underneath it.

“Callie holds such a safe, nonjudgmental space for me and has helped me realize I’m not alone.”  A.C., Germany

This may be a good fit for you if:

✔ You’ve done therapy, coaching, somatic work, or other healing work, but still find yourself shutting down, over-explaining, second-guessing yourself, or repeating the same relationship dynamics.

✔ You may understand that some of these patterns are shaped by trauma, chronic stress, or painful past experiences, but still struggle to meet them differently in the moments that matter most

✔ You know what you want to say, but freeze, over-explain, or lose yourself in the moment

✔ You tend to overthink, second-guess yourself, or lose trust in your own inner knowing

✔ You appear high-functioning on the outside, but privately feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted

✔ You stay in relationships or dynamics that do not fully honor you because something in your body does not yet feel safe doing something different

✔ You want support that helps change become more embodied, sustainable, and real in daily life

What changes in your daily life:

✔ a steadier sense of self-trust, so your decisions feel less driven by fear, confusion, or self-doubt

more emotional safety and capacity in your body, especially in moments that once led to shutdown, overwhelm, or reactivity

✔ healthier, more reciprocal relationships built on clearer boundaries, honesty, and self-respect

greater clarity in how you speak, choose, and respond, without abandoning yourself in the moment

✔ the ability to stay connected to yourself when old patterns arise, instead of spiraling, overexplaining, or shutting down

My Approach:

My approach blends trauma-informed therapy, somatic work, and relational healing to help you get to the root of the nervous system and relational patterns that keep repeating.

Many people come to this work with plenty of insight. They can name the pattern, explain where it comes from, and even recognize it while it is happening. But insight alone does not always change what the body has learned to do in moments of stress, conflict, vulnerability, or closeness.

This work is different because we do not only talk about the pattern or try to manage the surface reaction. We work with the deeper patterning underneath it, so change is not only understood, but reflected in how you relate, respond, and move through your life.

Over time, that often looks like less reactivity, less self-abandonment, clearer boundaries, more trust in yourself, and a greater ability to stay connected to who you are in the moments that used to pull you out of yourself.

1:1 Somatic Therapy Support

Meet Callie

I support individuals who want therapy that feels both deep and grounded, and that helps them better understand themselves, feel safer in their bodies, and create meaningful change in the way they live, relate, and move through the world. My work can be especially supportive for those navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or longstanding nervous system patterns, whether they are newer to the process or have already done meaningful inner work.

I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University, and my work is shaped by advanced training in approaches including Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I also know personally how easy it is to keep searching for answers and still feel like something is not fully landing. That lived understanding is part of what informs my work. I care deeply about offering therapy that is not only insightful, but practical, embodied, and able to meet people where they actually are.

 FAQs

  • This work is for individuals who want therapy that feels both deep and grounded, whether they are newer to the process or have already done meaningful inner work. It can be especially supportive for those navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship pain, self-doubt, or nervous system patterns that continue to shape daily life.

Many of the people I work with are self-aware and insightful, yet still find themselves pulled into familiar emotional, relational, or nervous system patterns in the moments that matter most.

  • My work blends trauma-informed therapy, somatic work, and relational healing. That means we do not only talk about what is happening intellectually. We also pay attention to how patterns live in the body, how they were shaped in relationship, and what helps them begin to shift over time.

It is deeper than traditional talk therapy because it includes the body and nervous system, not just the mind. And it is more grounded than coaching or healing spaces because it is rooted in clinical training, therapeutic depth, and real-life integration.

  • Many of the people I work with have already done a great deal of healing work and carry a lot of insight. What they are often still needing is not more information, but support that helps those insights actually translate into change in the way they relate, respond, and move through daily life.

If you have done a lot of work already but something still is not fully landing, that is often exactly where this approach can be especially supportive. The goal is not just to understand your patterns, but to help you build the safety and steadiness needed to meet them differently.

  • We usually begin with a check-in. You have space to share what has been going on, what feels most present, and any questions or themes you want to bring into the session.

From there, we may begin to explore what is happening not only in your thoughts, but in your body. That simply means paying attention to the sensations, emotional responses, and protective patterns that may be present beneath the surface.

This is one of the ways the work begins to go beyond talk therapy. Rather than only discussing a pattern, we slow down enough to notice how it is actually showing up in real time. That often opens the door to insight and change that the mind alone cannot always access.

Every session is shaped by what you need, and the work unfolds at a pace that respects your nervous system.

  • I recommend booking a clarity call. This gives us space to explore what you are navigating, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether this work feels like the right fit.
