Trauma-informed therapy and somatic support for people ready to move beyond insight and into lasting change.
You may understand your patterns intellectually and still feel stuck in them. I help clients work with the emotional, relational, and nervous system roots of those patterns so they can feel safer in their bodies, clearer in their choices, and more connected in their lives and relationships.
You have likely already done meaningful inner work.
Maybe you’ve been in therapy, explored somatic work, read the books, practiced the tools, and spent years trying to understand yourself more deeply. And still, the same patterns show up in the moments that matter most.
You may still overthink your decisions, lose yourself in relationships, shut down when emotions rise, or feel disconnected from your body even when part of you knows exactly what is happening.
Over time, these patterns do not just stay internal. They shape the way you relate, the decisions you make, the boundaries you avoid, and the ways you leave yourself when it matters most. Insight can name the pattern, but it does not always give you the capacity to live differently.
This is for individuals who are no longer looking for insight alone, but for support that helps change become lived, embodied, and sustainable.
“Callie holds such a safe, nonjudgmental space for me and has helped me realize I’m not alone.” A.C., Germany
This may be a good fit if:
✔ You’ve done therapy, coaching, somatic work, or other healing work, but still find yourself pulled into the same emotional or relationship patterns
✔ You may understand that some of these patterns are shaped by trauma, chronic stress, or painful past experiences, but still struggle to meet them differently in the moments that matter most
✔ You know what you want to say, but freeze, over-explain, or lose yourself in the moment
✔ You tend to overthink, second-guess yourself, or lose trust in your own inner knowing
✔ You appear high-functioning on the outside, but privately feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted
✔ You stay in relationships or dynamics that do not fully honor you because something in your body does not yet feel safe doing something different
✔ You carry a great deal of self-awareness, yet still feel disconnected from your needs, your boundaries, or your truth
✔ You want support that goes beyond insight and helps change become more embodied, sustainable, and real in daily life
Through this process, you develop:
✔ a steadier sense of self-trust, so your decisions feel less driven by fear, confusion, or self-doubt
✔ more emotional safety and capacity in your body, especially in moments that once led to shutdown, overwhelm, or reactivity
✔ healthier, more reciprocal relationships built on clearer boundaries, honesty, and self-respect
✔ greater clarity in how you speak, choose, and respond, without abandoning yourself in the moment
✔ the ability to stay connected to yourself when old patterns arise, instead of spiraling, overexplaining, or shutting down
My Approach:
My approach blends trauma-informed therapy, somatic work, and relational healing to support change that is not only understood intellectually, but felt and lived.
For many people, somatic work has meant learning to notice what is happening in the body, calm the nervous system, and move through emotions with more steadiness. While those practices can be helpful, this work does not stop there. It helps you understand the patterns your body has learned to carry, what those patterns are protecting, and what supports them in shifting over time in a way that feels grounded, integrated, and sustainable.
Together, we work with the emotional and relational patterns that continue to shape your choices, your relationships, and the way you experience yourself. Rather than staying only at the level of insight, this work helps you build the safety, awareness, and internal steadiness needed to meet those patterns differently when they arise. Over time, that can look like less reactivity, less self-abandonment, more choice in how you respond, and a greater ability to stay connected to yourself in the moments that once pulled you out of yourself.
“I’ve worked with many practitioners from spiritual mentors to somatic therapists and Callie’s approach is very unique. Somatic Therapy Support
Meet Callie
I support individuals who want therapy that feels both deep and grounded, and that helps them better understand themselves, feel safer in their bodies, and create meaningful change in the way they live, relate, and move through the world. My work can be especially supportive for those navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or longstanding nervous system patterns, whether they are newer to the process or have already done meaningful inner work.
I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University, and my work is shaped by advanced training in approaches including Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I also know personally how easy it is to keep searching for answers and still feel like something is not fully landing. That lived understanding is part of what informs my work. I care deeply about offering therapy that is not only insightful, but practical, embodied, and able to meet people where they actually are.

This work is for individuals who want therapy that feels both deep and grounded, whether they are newer to the process or have already done meaningful inner work. It can be especially supportive for those navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship pain, self-doubt, or nervous system patterns that continue to shape daily life.
Many of the people I work with are self-aware and insightful, yet still find themselves pulled into familiar emotional, relational, or nervous system patterns in the moments that matter most.

My work blends trauma-informed therapy, somatic work, and relational healing. That means we do not only talk about what is happening intellectually. We also pay attention to how patterns live in the body, how they were shaped in relationship, and what helps them begin to shift over time.
It is deeper than traditional talk therapy because it includes the body and nervous system, not just the mind. And it is more grounded than coaching or healing spaces because it is rooted in clinical training, therapeutic depth, and real-life integration.

Many of the people I work with have already done a great deal of healing work and carry a lot of insight. What they are often still needing is not more information, but support that helps those insights actually translate into change in the way they relate, respond, and move through daily life.
If you have done a lot of work already but something still is not fully landing, that is often exactly where this approach can be especially supportive. The goal is not just to understand your patterns, but to help you build the safety and steadiness needed to meet them differently.

We usually begin with a check-in. You have space to share what has been going on, what feels most present, and any questions or themes you want to bring into the session.
From there, we may begin to explore what is happening not only in your thoughts, but in your body. That simply means paying attention to the sensations, emotional responses, and protective patterns that may be present beneath the surface.
This is one of the ways the work begins to go beyond talk therapy. Rather than only discussing a pattern, we slow down enough to notice how it is actually showing up in real time. That often opens the door to insight and change that the mind alone cannot always access.
Every session is shaped by what you need, and the work unfolds at a pace that respects your nervous system.
