• This work is for individuals who want therapy that feels both deep and grounded, whether they are newer to the process or have already done meaningful inner work. It can be especially supportive for those navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship pain, self-doubt, or nervous system patterns that continue to shape daily life.

Many of the people I work with are self-aware and insightful, yet still find themselves pulled into familiar emotional, relational, or nervous system patterns in the moments that matter most.

  • My work blends trauma-informed therapy, somatic work, and relational healing. That means we do not only talk about what is happening intellectually. We also pay attention to how patterns live in the body, how they were shaped in relationship, and what helps them begin to shift over time.

It is deeper than traditional talk therapy because it includes the body and nervous system, not just the mind. And it is more grounded than coaching or healing spaces because it is rooted in clinical training, therapeutic depth, and real-life integration.

  • Many of the people I work with have already done a great deal of healing work and carry a lot of insight. What they are often still needing is not more information, but support that helps those insights actually translate into change in the way they relate, respond, and move through daily life.

If you have done a lot of work already but something still is not fully landing, that is often exactly where this approach can be especially supportive. The goal is not just to understand your patterns, but to help you build the safety and steadiness needed to meet them differently.

  • We usually begin with a check-in. You have space to share what has been going on, what feels most present, and any questions or themes you want to bring into the session.

From there, we may begin to explore what is happening not only in your thoughts, but in your body. That simply means paying attention to the sensations, emotional responses, and protective patterns that may be present beneath the surface.

This is one of the ways the work begins to go beyond talk therapy. Rather than only discussing a pattern, we slow down enough to notice how it is actually showing up in real time. That often opens the door to insight and change that the mind alone cannot always access.

Every session is shaped by what you need, and the work unfolds at a pace that respects your nervous system.

  • I recommend booking a clarity call. This gives us space to explore what you are navigating, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether this work feels like the right fit.
